Green Bean Salad with Sirloin

600 g green beans
4 slices of sirloin
6 tbsp. olive oil
1 red onion
1 tbsp.mustard
2 tsp. honey
2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
salt, pepper, thyme

 

 

Clean green beans and boil them in salted water until al dente (about 8 minutes).
Drain and refresh green beans.
Sear sirloin in a frying pan in 2 tbsp. oil about 3 minutes, turn and fry the second side 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and fold in aluminum foil and let rest 10 minutes.
Peel, halve and slice onion into thin strips. For the vinaigrette mix well mustard, honey, vinegar, salt, pepper and remaining olive oil             (4 tablespoons) until creamy.
Mix green beans with onion, thyme and vinaigrette and marinade for 5 minutes.
Cu sirloin into strips and serve with the green bean salad.
