Fine Chinese Noodle with Shrimps

200 g fine chinese noodles
5 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. chinese or thai spice
2 cloves of garlic (pressed)
2 tsp. ginger (fine chopped)
300 g shrimps
3 tsp. sugar
1 red and 1 green paprika pepper
1 punch spring onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice
salt, pepper

 

 

Put noodles into hot water until they are tender. Strain them and put them into a bowl.
Heat oil and fry chinese spice, garlic, ginger, sugar and shrimps some minutes. Spice with salt and pepper and mix well with noodles.
Cut paprika peppers and spring onions into fine stripes and add to noodles. Mix well, spice with lemon juice and season to taste.
