GRIECHISCHER   NUDELSALAT 

Greek Pasta Salad

300 g noodles (spiral kind)
150 g sausage (spicy)
200 g sheep's cheese
2 spring onions
150 g olive
150 g cherry tomatoes
Marinade
250 g yogurt
2 tbsp. oil
salt, pepper, vinegar

 

 

Boil noodles in salted water "al dente", drain, refresh with cold water and dripp off. Place noodles in a bowl.
Dice sausage and cheese and fold into the noodles. Wash spring onions, remove the dark green and cut the rest into rings. Add them with the olives to the pasta.
For the marinade season yogurt with salt and pepper, stir in oil and season to taste with vinegar. Mix well and marinade the noodle salad.
Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes, and garnish the salad.
