Cucumber Salad

2 cucumbers
200 g sour cream
1-2 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp. apple vinegar
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. sugar
sweet paprika, salt,
dill tips according the taste

 

 

Peel cucumbers, remove seeds with a tablespoon and grate finely. Put into a bowl and salt lightly, set aside to rest 20 minutes. squeeze the liquid out with your hands, throw the cucumber water away. Blend the vinegar, sour cream, pressed garlic, mustard, salt, sweet paprika and dill tips in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
