Cucumber Salad with Mozzarella and Egg

4 eggs
1 lettuce
4 tbsp. dill tips
2 green peppers
250 g mini mozzarella
2 cucumbers
2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard (medium hot)
5 tbsp. olive oil
salt, pepper

 

 

Hard-boil the eggs. Wash the lettuce and shred the leaves. Roughly chop the dill.
Wash the peppers and cut them into fine rings, finely slice the gherkins. Drain the mozzarella.
Whisk vinegar with mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Rinse the eggs in cold water, peel and slice. Mix the cucumbers, peppers, mozzarella and lettuce leaves well with the marinade.
Arrange salad with eggs, sprinkle with dill and pepper,
