HÖRNCHEN  KABANOSSI  SALAT

Salad with Elbow Macaroni

400 g ellbow macaroni
150 g kabanos sausage
1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper
6 radishes
3 sprigs of basil
5 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. yoghurt
3 tbsp. cucumber vinegar

 

 

Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente, drain and rinse with cold water. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and finely dice. Wash the radishes and chop into small pieces. Chop the basil leave finely and slice the kabanos sausage into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste. Leave to stand for 10 minutes, then serve.
