KARTOFFEL  VOGERLSALAT  mit  SPECK  und  KERNÖL

Potato Lamb´s lettuce Salad

1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
100 g bacon
500 g potatoes
5 tbsp. pumpkin seed oil
100 g lamb's lettuce
1 tbsp.oil
salt, pepper

 

 

Boil potatoes in salted water, peel and cut them into slices. Wash lamb´s lettuce, and drain well. Cut bacon into strips.
Fry bacon in oil until crispy, then stir in vinegar. Place mixture into a bowl, pour in pumpkin seed oil, while stirring. Season dressing with salt and pepper.
Mix gently lamb´s lettuce salad and potatoes, mix with the dressing.
