Peel and dice the kohlrabi, finely slice the spring
onions and halve the cherry tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella and cut into
slices. Deseed the pepper and cut into small cubes
Chop the parsley. For the marinade, mix well the mayonnaise, tomato
purée, yoghurt and paprika powder and season with salt and pepper. Mix
the salad thoroughly with the marinade.
Serve garnished with parsley |
