SALAT  mit  LEBERKÄSE 

Salad with Meat Loaf

200 g mixed salad
300 g cherry tomatoes
150 g leek
1 zucchini
4 radishes
200 g liver loaf (sliced thin)
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. basil (chopped)
2 garlic cloves
6 tbsp. olive oil

 

 

Wash salads and let drain. Wash radishes and cut into slices, tomatoes in half or quarter. Cut leeks into rings and zucchini into slices, meat loaf in 1cm wide strips.
Marinade: mix well vinegar, salt, pepper, basil and crushed garlic.
Pour oil while stirring.
Mix lettuce, tomatoes, radishes, zucchini, leek and meat loaf with marinade.
