Dice the pretzel buns and roast them in butter over a
low heat. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings. Dice the gherkins.
Wash radishes and cut into thin slices, cut meat loaf into strips.For
the vinaigrette, mix vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar.
Stir in the olive oil.
Mix the meatloaf, onions, gherkins, radishes and parsley with the
vinaigrette.
Leave to stand for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with some pretzel bread coutons. |
