Cut the tomatoes into quarters, cut the cucumber in half
lengthways and slice, cut the pepper into strips. Wash and shred the
lettuce leaves, dice the mozzarella and ham.
Mix vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to make a marinade. Marinade the
lettuce, vegetables, ham and
mozzarella in a bowl, add the chives and stir well. Season to taste. |
