Wash the rocket and spin dry. Mix with basil. Mix the
balsamic vinegar, oil and honey well, season with salt and pepper
and add pressed a clove of garlic. Once more mix well. Roast the pine
nuts without fat in a pan.
Fry the bacon until crisp. Marinate the rocket and basil, sprinkle over
the pine nuts,
grate the Parmesan over the top and break the bacon over the top. |
