RUCOLA  BASILIKUM  SALAT

Rocket Basil Salad

300 g rocket
200 g basil
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar (white)
6 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp. honey
50 g pine nuts
50 g parmesan
100 g bacon (sliced)
salt, pepper
 

 

 

Wash the rocket and spin dry. Mix with basil. Mix the balsamic vinegar, oil and honey well, season with salt and pepper
and add pressed a clove of garlic. Once more mix well. Roast the pine nuts without fat in a pan.
Fry the bacon until crisp. Marinate the rocket and basil, sprinkle over the pine nuts,
grate the Parmesan over the top and break the bacon over the top.
