Salad with Chicken Strips

mixed leaf salad
500 g chicken fillets
sweet and sour sauce
Garlic Cream
250 ml sour cream
125 ml yoghurt
2 tbsp. Mayonnäse
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. oil
4 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper

 

 

Wash and drain lettuce leave.
For the garlic cream puree all ingredients.
Cut meat into thin slices and season with salt and pepper.
Roast meat on both sides.
Marinade salad with the garlic cream in a bowl.
Arrange salad with the chicken on plates and garnish chicken slices with sweet and sour sauce.
