Green Salad with Raw Ham

2 slices toast
3 tbsp. oil
250 g green salad
12 slices raw ham (prosciutto)
40 g parmesan
Marinade
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. beef stock (cube)
1 tsp. mustard
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp. parsley (chopped)
5 tbsp. olive oil
salt, pepper

 

 

Cut toast into cubes and fry them golden brown. Form raw ham into roulettes.
Marinade: Mix well beef stock, vinegar, mustard, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and parsley. Add oil, stirring constantly.
Mix well salad and marinade, arrange on plates and garnish with raw ham roulettes, parmesan slices and croutons.
