Tuna Salad 

1 green pepper
1 small. cucumber
5 tomatoes
1 small. onion
150 g tuna (canned)
marinade
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
salt and pepper

 

 

Wash peppers and cucumber and cut into small cubes. Remove stalks and cut the tomatoes into slices. Peel onion and chop finely. Drain the tuna and cut into pieces.
Marinade: mix well vinegar, olive oil and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Mix vegetables with the marinade and arrange on plates. Top with tuna pieces.

 

            Side dish: Baguette
