Tuna Salad

2 spring onions
2 bell peppers
1 cucumber
250 g yoghurt
1 can of tuna
2 tomatoes
salt, pepper, paprika powder

 

 

Drain the tuna. Wash peppers, cucumber and tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
Cut green onions into thin rings. Mix tuna and vegetables in a bowl and pour over the salad with yogurt. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of paprika powder and mix the salad well.
