Tuna Salad

1 can of tuna (150 g fish weight)
250 g green beans
3 red bell peppers
250 g potatoes
1 small. red onion
10 black olives
Marinade
70 ml of mild white wine vinegar
50 ml olive oil
thyme, salt, pepper

 

 

Drain the tuna. Wash green beans and peppers, peel the potatoes and onion.
Cut onion into rings, green peppers into strips, green beans into peaces and potatoes into slices.
Boil potatoes and green beans in salted water until al dente, strain, rinse and drain.
Marinade: mix well vinegar, salt, pepper, thyme and oil. Mix with the vegetables and arrange with the tuna.
