TOMATENSAUCE

Tomato Sauce

Ingredients for 2 persons

3 tomatoes
2 tbsp. celery or onion (chopped)
6 basil leaves
1 tsp. tomato paste
1/2 clove of garlic
1/16 vegetable stock (cube)
salt, pepper, olive oil

 

 

Peel tomatoes and dice into small cubes. Cut basil leaves. Dice garlic finely. Heat olive oil, roast celery briefly, add tomato cubes, tomato paste, basil leaves and season to taste with garlic, salt and pepper. If it is necessary douse with stock and simmer all about 10 minutes.
