Noodles with Beef

300 g of pasta
250 g celery
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
500 g beef (for frying)
150 ml beef stock
salt, pepper, oil
chili sauce

 

 

Boil pasta in salted water al dente, strain and drain.
Clean, wash and slice the celery. Cut meat into thin strips. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a large frying pan, Fry meat about 3 minutes.
Add celery and fry all 3 minutes more. Deglaze meat with soup and chili sauce, bring to a boil and stir in pasta and parsley. Season with salt, pepper and chili sauce.
