Cut meat into cubes, salt and pepper. Peel onion and
cute into cubes. Wash greens, peel and dice. Core and chop the chilli
small.
Heat oil in a large pan and fry meat and remove it. Sauté bacon, onion,
chilli, crushed garlic and greens. Add meat and tomatoes, season with
thyme and simmer for 15-20 minutes uncovered.
Cut salami into 1 / 2 cm thick slices. Strain and rinse beans. Add both
to the pan and simmer 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. |
