CASSOULET  

 

400 g pork (neck)
100 g bacon (sliced)
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 punch green
1 chili pepper
400 g peeled tomatoes (canned)
150 g salami
800 g white beans (canned)
thyme, salt, pepper

 

 

Cut meat into cubes, salt and pepper. Peel onion and cute into cubes. Wash greens, peel and dice. Core and chop the chilli small.
Heat oil in a large pan and fry meat and remove it. Sauté bacon, onion, chilli, crushed garlic and greens. Add meat and tomatoes, season with thyme and simmer for 15-20 minutes uncovered.
Cut salami into 1 / 2 cm thick slices. Strain and rinse beans. Add both to the pan and simmer 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
