FEURIGE  SPIESSE  

Spicy Skewers

500 g pork
100 g breakfast bacon
1 green bell pepper
250 g mushrooms
1 chili pepper
2 cloves of garlic
2 onions
3 spring onions (without dark green)
3 tsp. paprika powder
250 ml gravy (cube)
2 tbsp. ketchup
1tsp. green peppercorns
oil, salt, pepper

 

 

Cut pork into 2-3cm cubes, bell pepper into slices. Chop chili pepper finely und spring onions into rolls.
Cut garlic into fine slices. Cut a half of bacon into slices the other into cubes. Cut a half of mushrooms into slices. Dice one onion, the other quarter and divide into leaves. Place pork, onions, bell peppers, bacon and mushrooms alternately on sticks and season with salt and pepper. Fry skewer in a pan, remove and place them in a pot. In the pan fry the rest of onions, garlic, spring onions and chili pepper, sprinkle with paprika powder and douse with gravy. Add ketchup, mushrooms, bacon cubes and green peppercorns.
Bring to a boil and put it into the pot, where are the skewers. Let all simmer about 20 minutes and season to taste.
