Preheat oven to 200°
Cut filet into 2 cm slices and fry them 1 minute every side. Put them
into a baking dish and spice with steak spice. Dice ham and onions,
halve or quarter mushrooms, sauteé all in 1 tbsp oil and cover filets
with them. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Put cream and cheese in a pot, mix well, bring it to the boil and cover
meat with this sauce.
Bake in oven 20 - 30 minutes. |
