Peel and halve onion. Clean mushrooms and peppers. Cut
zucchini, onion and mushrooms into thin slices, bell peppers cut into
strips.
Cut meat in long strips, then crosswise into 1 cm wide pieces. Heat oil
and sear meat, remove and keep warm.
Fry mushrooms in the same pan. Add onion, peppers and zucchini and sauté
them. Stir in mustard, douse with soup and cream. Boil until sauce is
creamy, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Fold in meat and parsley. |
