GLACIERTE   SPIESSE 

Glazed Skewers

 Ingredients for 6 persons

3 cloves of garlic
1.2 kg neck of pork
270 ml chili sauce
8 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. oil

 

 

Peel garlic and chop finely. Cut neck of pork into 4 cm cubes. Mix well 220 ml chili sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic and oil in a bowl, fold in the meat cubes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Remove meat from the marinade and spread evenly onto skewers. Grill is not too high heat. Turn skewers regularly and cover with marinade again and again.
Serve with the remaining chili sauce.
