KARTOFFEL  BOHNEN  CHILI

Potato Beans Chili

500 g pork goulash
1 onion
1 tbsp. clarified butter
1 tbsp. flour heaped
500 g runner beans (green beans)
400 g potatoes
150 g cabanossi
250 ml chilli tomato sauce
4 tbsp. sour cream (sour cream)
 

 

 

Preheat oven to 200°
Cut filet into 2 cm slices and fry them 1 minute every side. Put them into a baking dish and spice with steak spice. Dice ham and onions, halve or quarter mushrooms, sauteé all in 1 tbsp oil and cover filets with them. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Put cream and cheese in a pot, mix well, bring it to the boil and cover meat with this sauce.
Bake in oven 20 - 30 minutes.
