Pork Chop with Autumn Vegetables

4 pork chops
Vegetable
500 g zucchini
300 g butter pumpkin
1 tsp. thyme (dried)
1 tsp. oregano (dried)
salt, pepper, olive oil
Marinade
Mixture of salt, pepper,
thyme, caraway, marjoram,
paprika, rosemary, nutmeg
3 tbsp. oil

 

 

Mix well spice mixture with oil and cover chops both sides. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Dice the zucchini. Peel the pumpkin and dice too.
Fry vegetable portions for portion on both sides in olive oil for about 2 minutes. Season with herbs, salt and pepper.
Fry chops on each side for 3 minutes.
