Boil rice. Cut pork into stripes and spice with chili
powder, pepper and salt. Dice onion and chop garlic finely. Peel, deseed
and dice tomatoes. Deseed chili peppers and chop finley.
Heat olive oil in a pan and braise lightly onion and garlic. Add pork
and chili and fry about 5 minutes. Add tomatoe cubes and strained
tomatoes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika powder, oregano and
marjoram.
Fold in rice. |
