Pork with Ginger and Yoghurt

750 g of pork
1 onion
1-2 chillies (dried)
1 tbsp. ginger (grated)
Each 1/2 Tl Coriander, Kurkuma,
Cumin and carnation powder
1 can tomato (240 g drained weight)
250 ml yogurt
1 El parsley (chopped)
3 tbsp. oil
salt pepper



Cut pork into large cubes. Peel the onion and also cut into large cubes. Heat the oil, fry the meat all over and season with salt and pepper.
Add onion cubes, crumbled chili and ginger. Stir in the spices. Add tomato and mash with a fork. Mix in the yoghurt and simmer for about 50 minutes.
Serve with parsley sprinkled.
