SCHWEINEFLEISCHBÄLLCHEN  in  RAHMSAUCE

Pork Meatballs in Cream Sauce

800 g minced pork
2 tbsp. chopped chives
4 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
Sauce
2 red onions
250 ml chicken soup
250 ml white wine
250 ml cream
1 tbsp. of sour cream
1 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
salt, pepper, oil

 

 

Mix well minced meat with chives, crushed garlic, egg, bread crumbs
salt and pepper. Shape it into balls and fry them all around.
Then drain on paper towels.
Sauce: Cut the onions into rings and fry them. Douse with wine and soup
bring to the boil and reduce by about half.
Add cream and meatballs and cook ahead until the meatballs are done.
Refine with sour cream, taste and serve with parsley.

 

     Side Dish: mashed potatoes
