Bean Chili

1 can (425ml) kidney beans
1 can (425ml) white beans
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
500 g minced meat mixed
salt, pepper, oregano
chilli flakes
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. tomato paste
2 cans (425ml each) of chopped tomatoes
100 g cheddar (grated)
100 g sour cream



Rinse the beans in the sieve and let them drain. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and form small balls.
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the balls all over, remove. Sauté the onion, tomato paste and garlic in the residue. Add tomatoes, beans, 1 tsp. chilli and oregano. Season with salt and simmer for 10 minutes. After 5 minutes add the minced balls.
Spread the sour cream and cheese on top of the chilli when serving.
