Fried Potatoes with Chorizo |

12 potatoes
400 g chorizo
2 red onions
1 Chilis
4 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
1 tsp. curcuma
salt, pepper, oil

Chop onions into strips, chili peppers and chorizo into small thin
slices.
Boil potatoes until al dente, peel and cut them into cubes. Heat oil in
a nonstick pan and sear the potato cubes. Add red onion and fry until
translucent. Add chili and chorizo. If the chorizo is lightly browned,
season and sprinkle with parsley. |
