Remove the stalk and the outer leaves of the cabbage and
cut the cabbage into thin strips. Mix well With sugar and 1 tsp. salt
and knead. Marinade. Clean green beans and boil in salted water until al
dente. Refresh in cold water and drain well. Mix well cabbage with
vinegar and 2 tbsp. oil and season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in to pans per 2 tbsp. In a pan, fry the Bratwürstel. In the
other, the green beans with sesame seeds and turn them sometimes. After
about 4 minutes douse with the vegetable soup and soy sauce and boil
down slightly. Season green beans with salt and cut the chives into
small rings.
Arrange salad with green beans and one each sausage on plates. Drizzle
with sauce and sprinkle with chives. |
