1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
3 spring onions
150 g breakfast bacon
24 small frying sausages (nuremberger bratwurst)
2 tbsp oil
1/1 tsp. paprika powder
salt, pepper
1 tsp. herbs
Cut peppers into pieces. Quarter spring onions and dice breakfast bacon.
Thread sausages, pepper-, onion- and bacon slices alternate onoto
skewers. Maybe half sausages.
Mix well oil, spices and herbs. Cover skewers with this mixure and grill
them.
