BURGER 

 
Ingredients for 2 people

300 g minced meat
1 small. onion
1 clove of garlic
1 egg
breadcrumbs
salt, pepper, oil
2 tbsp. chives (chopped)
marjoram, thyme
Mashed Potatoes
2 large potatoes
125 ml milk
nutmeg
1 tbsp. butter

200 g spinach (deep frozen)
1 tbsp butter

2 eggs
 

  Defroze spinach.
Peel onion, chop finely and fry lightly in oil. Allow to cool and mix well with the minced and all the ingredients except the chives. Shape loafs.
Peel potatoes, cut into cubes, and boil until tender. Strain, stomp, and mix well with warm milk and butter. Season with salt and nutmeg.
Squash spinach. Heat butter, add spinach and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Heat oil and fry the loafs on both sides. Make fried eggs.
Place on preheated plates spinach in the center, dress potato puree upon, then each a minced loaf and then put a fried egg on it. Garnish with chives.
