CHORIZO  mit  BROTWÜRFEL

Chorizo with Bread Cubes

200 g chorizo
4 thick slices of white bread (from day before)
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
olive oil, paprika powder
 

  Cut chorizo into 1 cm thick slices, chop the garlic finely.
Cut bread with crust into 1 cm cubes. Heat oil in a pan, fry garlic light brown, add the bread cubes into the pan and fry until golden brown. Stirring constantly. Add chorizo and heat 2 minutes. Remove bread and sausage from the pan and drain on kitchen paper. Then serve with the parsley in preheated bowls. Serve floured with some paprika.
