CHORIZO   mit  CHAMPIGNONS 

Chorizo with Mushroom

400 g chorizo
2 tbsp. olive oil
500 g mushrooms
3 gloves of garlic
14 almonds (peeled)
salt, pepper
100 ml sherry (dry)
1 tbsp. sherry vinegar
1 bunch parsley (chopped)

 

 

Cut chorizo into slices ,fry them into olive oil and remove them. Browning mushrooms and almonds. Reduce heat, add cruhed garlic and spice with salt and pepper. Douse with sherry and sherry vinegar and let all simmer until the most is vaporised. Add parsley and chorizo and serve with white bread.
