CHORIZO  in  KNOBLAUCH

Chorizo in Garlic

200 g Chorizo
3 cloves of garlic
olive oil
 

  Slice chorizo and peeled garlic thinly.
Heat olive oil and fry chorizo one minute. Add garlic and fry all for a further 2 minutes
or until the garlic begins to turn golden brown.
 

         Side dish:  crusty bread, salad
