Couscous Loafs

200 g couscous
vegetable soup (as required)
200 g grated cheese
breadcrumbs (as required)
2 eggs
1 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
salt, pepper, thyme, turmeric
cumin (ground)
paprika powder
oil

 

 

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions with boiling vegetable soup and leave to cool. Combine with the eggs, parsley, cheese and breadcrumbs to form a mouldable mixture.
Season well with the spices. Shape into patties and fry on both sides until golden brown and crispy.

 

           Side dish: salad
