Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Mix well vanilla sugar with sugar. Froth up butter, sugar mixture, salt
and egg. Stir in milk gradually.Mix flour and baking powder and stir
gradually into the butter mixture.Cover muffin tray tin with butter or
use paper cupcake.
Fill the muffin cups fifty-fifty. Bake on the middle rack of oven 25 -
30 minutes.
Cream: whip cream and stir in sugar and cream stabilizer. Cover the
cakes with the cream with a pastry bag.
Garnish with chocolate flakes, cocoa, coconut flakes, etc.. |
