Boil eggs hard, douse with cold water and cut into
slices.Mix well to a vinaigrette, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and maybe 1
tsp. honey.
Stir in shallot and dill.
Wash frisee and rocket salad, tear frisse into pieces. Cute salmon into
strips.
Arrange eggs, salad, vinaigrette and salmon on serving plates. |
