Erdäpflgröstl

4 eggs
6 potatoes
2 Knackwürste
100 g bacon
1 onion
oil, salt, pepper, cumin
 

  Boil potatoes al dente and let cool. Then peel and dice.
Dice Knackwürste, onion and bacon also.
Heat oil in a pan, fry bacon and onion. Add potatoes and sausage, fry well and season with salt, pepper and cumin.
In a separate pan, cook fried eggs.
