Minced Dumplings with Roast Potato

800 g minced beef
2 eggs
salt, pepper, chilli powder
1 small onion (chopped finely)
3 gloves of garlic (mashed)
1 - 2 breadcrumbs
1 kg potatoes
3 tbsp. vinegar
oil

 

 

Peel and boil potatoes. Allow the potatoes to cool down, then dice them.
Mix well minced beef, eggs, salt, pepper, onion cubes, garlic, chilli powder and bread crumbs. Form small dumplings. Heat oil in a pan and fry beef dumplings about 10 minutes. Fry potatoe cubes until golden brown. Remove and spice them with salt and pepper. Deglace roasting dish with vinegar and douse potatoe cubes.
