FASCHIERTE  SPIESSE  mit  JOGHURTSAUCE 

Minced Skewers with Yoghurt Sauce

 
600 g minced meat
250 g yoghurt
1 bunch of dill
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. thyme (dried)
3 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper
   

  Pick dill from the stalks and chop coarsely. Mix well with yoghurt and season with salt and pepper.
Give meat, tomato paste, chilli and thyme into a bowl. Peel garlic and squeeze it. Season with salt and pepper and knead well.
Divide into 8 servings and put on wooden skewers. Heat three tbsp. oil and fry skewers all around 15 minutes.
Serve with yogurt sauce and coleslaw.
