JOGHURTSAUCE |
Minced Skewers with Yoghurt Sauce |

600 g minced meat
250 g yoghurt
1 bunch of dill
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. thyme (dried)
3 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper |

Pick dill from the stalks and chop coarsely. Mix well with yoghurt and
season with salt and pepper.
Give meat, tomato paste, chilli and thyme into a bowl. Peel garlic and
squeeze it. Season with salt and pepper and knead well.
Divide into 8 servings and put on wooden skewers. Heat three tbsp. oil
and fry skewers all around 15 minutes.
Serve with yogurt sauce and coleslaw. |
