FASCHIERTER  EINTOPF  

Minced Stew

400 ml beef stock (cube)
500 g minced meat (beef)
500 g pasta
4 leeks
250 ml sour cream
4-5 tbsp. mustard
5 tbsp. tomato paste
salt, pepper, oil
 

  Wash leeks, remove the dark green and cut the rest into finger-sized rings.
Heat oil and fry minced well. Douse with soup and bring to the boil. Add leeks and simmer covered 15 minutes.
Stir in mustard and tomato paste and season with salt and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes more. Stir in sour cream before serving.
 

         Side dish: noodles
