FISOLENGRÖSTL

 

500 g green beans
500 g potatoes (boiled)
200 g beef (boiled)
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
1 bunch dill
salt, pepper, marjoram
 

  Clean green beans, cut into 4 inch pieces and boil until al dente. Peel potatoes and cut into slices, beef into cubes.
Peel onions and chop finley.
Fry potato slices in oil, add onions for some minute. Then add beef and green beans, mix alltogether and roast well.
Season with salt, pepper, marjoram and crushed garlic. Garnish with dill.
