Pasta Casserole with Minced

200 g pasta (bow-tie pasta)
2 rolls (from day before )
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
200 g hamburger bacon ( cuted)
1 bunch parsley ( chopped)
4 scallions ( green onions )
500 g minced meat
250 ml cream
1 tbsp. tomato paste
oil, butter , salt, pepper, thyme

 

 

Cook pasta until al dente , strain, rinse and drain well .
Dice rolls into small cubes and let stand in warm water.
Peel onions and garlic and cut into thin slices, bacon into thin strips and fry in oil, remove from heat and let cool .
Preheat oven to 200 ° C . Grease a baking dish (2 L) with butter. Wash spring onions and cut into 1/2 cm thick slices . Squash bread cubes careful, mix with minced meat , parsley, scallions , some thyme, cream , tomato puree and the bacon mixture. Add pasta and season well with salt and pepper.
Fill mass into the baking dish and gratinate in oven for about 45 minutes.
