Clean, wash and cut spring onions diagonally into 3 cm long pieces. Peel
and press the garlic. Peel ginger and chop finely. Wash pepper , remove
seeds
and cut into fine strips. Wash chilies and cut into rings. Mix well soy
sauce with bean paste and water with the cornstarch .
Heat 3 tbsp. oil in the wok , add the minced meat , stir-fry 1 minute
and then keep warm.
Heat the remaining oil , add spring onions and stir-fry 1 minute. Now
add garlic , ginger , pepper , chilli while stirring , pour in the soup
and cook for 1 minute. Stir in cornstarch and soy sauce. Season to taste
with salt, pepper and sugar and simmer until the sauce thickens .
Serve sprinkled with parsley . |
