750 g beef mince
1 red pepper
1 onion
200 g pancetta
green olives (seedless)
3 cloves of garlic
200 g feta
parsley
salt, pepper, oregano, paprika powder
1 egg
2 tbsp. breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs)
Put the mince in a bowl.
Finely dice the olives, pepper and onion. Press the garlic and finely
chop the parsley. Add everything to the mince with the spices. Crumble
in the feta. Mix well and knead.
Shape the meatballs and put them on wooden skewers. Wrap with bacon.
Grill at 180°C with the lid closed for approx. 15-20 minutes.
