KÄFERBOHNEN  KARTOFFEL  GRÖSTL

Runner Bean Potato Gröstl

Ingredients for 2 people

10 mini Bratwürste
1 can of scarlet runner beans (drained 250 g)
300 g potatoes
1 red onion
2 cloves garlic
120 g leeks
salt, pepper, oil, marjoram
 

  Rinse and drain runner beans. Peel potatoes and cut into 0.5 cm slices.
Peel onion and garlic. Chop onion into slices and garlic finley. Wash leeks and cut into 3 cm pieces. Fry sausages in some oil. In a second pan fry potatoes in 2 tablespoons oil until golden brown.Add leek and fry briefly. Fold in and heat beans. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram.
Serve with the Bratwürsteln.
