ERDÄPFELKÄSE

Potato Cheese

 

500 g  cooked potatoes
100 g butter
1 onion
1/8 l sour cream
salt

   

 

Mash the warm potatoes, mix well with butter, finely chopped onion, salt and sour cream, and stir.
Chill, but do not place in the refrigerator.

 

        Served with: radishes, daikon radish, green peppers or cucumber slices
